How officers may be removed.
The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. (1)
High crimes and misdemeanors: Acts of serious misconduct in public office (such as violating the Constitution or abusing one's political power to harm citizens or get personal gain). (2)
I wonder if this qualifies for current issues on Bush?
